James (Jim) Malachowski has joined Winshaw is a Key Account manager with over 25 years of industry experience have previously held both international and domestic management positions. He is responsible for account management, strategic project pursuit plans, and product rollout.
Jim has experience in partner/customer development with an emphasis on the “voice of the customer” and delivering mutual growth to both client and vendor organizations. With a substantial history of managing highly technical teams, he has delivered world class products and services solutions in Oil and Gas (Subsea/Offshore), Heavy Manufacturing and Metals Industries.
Past management positions include companies such as Baker Hughes, TechnipFMC, Dril-Quip and SOFEC. Specialized in Subsea and Offshore Engineering, Construction and Fabrication, Materials/Welding/NDT, Installation, Project Management, Engineering/Systems, Commercial Management, Technical Leadership and Delivery. Jim has an MBA from Rice University (Jones Graduate School of Business) and a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Lehigh University, and is also serving as a Technical Session chair for OTC 2021.
